Dursley News - August 2020
 

The summer weather is not as good as earlier in the year but things continue to progress, seemingly unabated. This is mainly visible in the numerous housing construction projects around the town, Littlecombe in Dursley along with smaller ones at Woodmancote and Box Road in Cam where many new dwellings are appearing near the railway station.

New houses near Coaley Junction station-master's house
The road which once marked the entrance to the old Coaley Junction station is now being used as the site of a new housing estate called 'Redwing Gate' and several houses are in the course of construction.

Littlecombe houses
Construction of new houses at Littlecombe has now been going for many years but there is still some way to go to completion. This view shows the bridge in the foreground which will carry Lister Road through the estate.
