Dursley News - June 2005

Its been more of the same this month - demolition of the buildings on the Bymacks site is complete and piling for new foundations is in progress. The new offices for the forthcoming show houses have been brought on to the site and the area is being tidied up to welcome its first visitors.

The library framework is now essentially complete, and the internal ground floor structure is in place. The building is definitely attracting comments, for and against, so it will be interesting to see how it continues to take shape and become a regular feature of the town.
