Dursley News - August 2021

It's high summer during a pandemic and the weather has been kind enough for getting out and about to enjoy the countryside and surroundings. Development continues apace on numerous construction projects in town, the biggest being the work on what will be Littlecombe Phase 4, behind the long term car park in Long Street and below the Sainsbury's car park, from where a good view of the work can be had.

Littlecombe Phase 4
The land behind the long term car park on Long Street is now seeing changes as part of the next phase of the St. Modwen's Littlecombe development.

Taking its name from the nearby church the new houses off Woodmancote are now complete and beginning to be occupied.

New chemist on Parsonage Street
The chemist shop at the corner of Parsonage Street and May Lane now has a new identity, the 'Dursley Family Pharmacy'.
