Dursley News - August 2010

The latest big building project in town is the new Community Hospital at the bottom of Kingshill Lane on the Littlecombe site. Dursley has certainly seen its fair share of new construction over the last few years and this is just the latest in a long line. Not far away, work continues on the many new houses which are being built at the Cam end of the site. This site is certainly a vast one, with plenty of land still undeveloped and waiting new use. Although much of the site is closed to public access at present, travelling through it from Cam takes you close to the newly uncovered stream, past the small industrial units and eventually to the remaining Lister factory buildings near Long Street.
